15 Jonagold Lane

This large spacious five bedroom, three and half bathroom home has plenty of great views, roomy backyard and landscaping. It's a steal at only $61,089 and is located on a 2x2 lot.

It comes unfurnished except for the basic fixtures and the walls are lacking paint, otherwise it's move in ready.

Downstairs, entry hall, spacious living space and large kitchen and eat-in dining area and small half bath.

Upstairs, master suite with ensuite bathroom, four additional bedrooms and two additional full baths.

A view of the backyard.

I broked one of my simmie's house, so this is going to be their new home.  It's unfurnished so my family can get a loan for furniture-if needed. In my hood, 2x2 lots are HUGE. The only families that live on 2x2 lots have large spacious homes, like this one. The smaller homes are either apartment townhomes or on 1x1 lots.

Jessup Street (formerly Cinderblock) Rowhomes , 4-Unit

Jessup Street Row Houses is based on the real life set of Philadelphia rowhouses

A very charming 4 unit complex of rowhomes

Each units comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living area, moderate kitchen, large backyard and flowers for the front windows. Landscaping is limited due to the busy urban environment, but the charm of the building makes up for the ivy creeping up the walls.

Montalcino Vineyards

Montalcino Vineyards is located in my vacation subhood.

Created to give my simmies a taste of a vineyard vacation in Italy
An outdoor market greets them

as soon as they arrive to the location.

There's a great resturaunt with plenty of room for private parties and nectar tasting
Meals are created by the picky chef who uses only organic herbs from the vineyards gardens

The hotel is known for excellant service

Spacious sitting areas in the rooms

as well as plenty of bedroom space

The lavish suite features a private balcony

that overlooks the resort.
The jewel of the vineyard is the spacious courtyard

overflowing with vines heavy with ripe grapes

and plenty of room to have a nice meal

that is catered

or rest before a big wedding.
