They're not perfect and that's the point. I wanted something that my simmies needed to get a loan for and be able to upgrade along the way. These homes are for couples and families just starting out with minimal funding.
They're 1x2 lots, and completely unfurnished for the most part. This is how they look in my new terrain so far,
I'm highlighting the Zebra Rage. It's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first floor has a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living area.
The second level has two bedrooms and another bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a landing with enough room for a small study area or reading nook.

I'm going to have to find someone to move into this little place. :) I really love the bay window in the front.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see what you do with it, your decorating skills are amazing. I might move some nonplayables into the home, but we will see who makes the cut to transitioning to the new terrain :)
