Havar, fall, 2020
Claire and James were putting the final touches on the nursery. They were in third trimester and couldn't wait to meet their little one.
Naraj and Veena were very busy packing up their apartment. There was room for one baby, but not two babies.
After the ultrasound showed that they would be expecting twins, the newlyweds quickly searched for and found a house.
They were able to get a loan and Veena's parents gave them $10,000 to help towards the expenses of the new house.
S'Ahmisa and Rashid were another couple expecting twins. This would be their second set of twins, so they were not nervous, but still in a state of shock. S'Ahmisa vowed to make some permanent birth control measures after this pregnancy.
They could afford a whole house of kids, but that didn't mean she wanted a whole house full of kids.
Andrew and Elphy were thankful that there were no pregnancy complications thus far. Elphy continued to take it easy and even took an early maternity leave to ensure the best possible outcome for their second child.

S'Ahmisa and Rashid are quite fertile! I can understand her wanting to go with permanent measures afterward! Hopefully everything goes well for everyone's pregnancy, it's nice that Elphy took maternity time early so that she could have more time to rest and take care of herself and baby. Naraj and Veena with twins is a surprise, and so nice that family was able to help them get set up into a new house that could fit their quickly expanding family.
ReplyDeleteI think Elphy and Andrew are very cautious with this pregnancy, considering how their first birth has been. Plus Elphy has been too tired to manage those long hours as a nurse and being on her feet all day. Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteAw, you are going to have a baby boom soon! I laughed at S'ahmisa deciding she's getting permanent birth control. I can imagine she doesn't want to risk another set of twins, lol!
ReplyDeleteRashid and S'Ahmisa are more than happy with their family size right now. S'Ahmisa was happy with how it was, but with Rashid's death scare, she knows that there are worse things than unexpected twins when you are filthy rich and only becoming richer. Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteHuge baby boom! Definitely something in the water in Apple Valley. And I don't blame S'Ahmisa at all for looking at some more permanent birth control after this set of twins. Can you imagine if they ended up with a third set?!
ReplyDeleteI and S'Ahmisa would cry. Krissy has been my only sim with multiple unexplained unplanned pregnancies-especially considering that she is on birth control. Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteSo many births coming your way! S'Ahmisa and Rashid in particular will certainly have their hands full! I certainly don't blame her for wanting permanent birth control.
ReplyDeleteAnd Naraj and Veena having twins so soon after their marriage is bound to be a bit of a shock for them, glad that they've found a house with enough space though. (Question - now that there are babies on the way for these two, will Veena open up about her grandfather's will?)
I'm glad Elphy is taking it easy. Hopefully this pregnancy will be a lot easier for her and Andrew, and I'm hoping for the best for the little simlet too.
The black and white nursery for Claire and James' baby is definitely something different - but I think it really makes the little bits of colour on the toys and crib bedding stand out a lot more.
Anyway, ramble over, can't wait to see the nooboos!
I'm not sure Veena is ready to open up about the will just yet, but the longer she tries to keep it a secret the more powerful and determined it will be to come to the surface. Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteThey are most certainly making sure that there are not any population issues. I still have found some other pregnancies, but I'm trying to space them out...if you can believe it. Thanks for reading and commenting.
