Here are some photos of my grilled cheese place. I would love to have some recolors of the 3to2 sandwich board conversion to go with the grilled cheese vibe, but until then, here's what I did. Took me about 30 minutes to build after an hour commute in which I planned out most of the details. I'm insanely proud of the fact that I fit a bathroom on the lot It's a 1x1 lot and I might have a sim buy it so that I can set the menu to only cheese items, grilled cheese and maybe cheesecake. Until then, I replaced the podium with a modded buffet table.
Celsius 82°, the melting point of cheese, is where you will find plenty of melted cheese at this grilled cheese specialty diner.
This calls for a really cheesy joke... but I can't think of one :)
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely be insanely proud of your ability to build teeny tiny lots! I always make mine too big or too small. Do you have a Sim in mind to buy the lot yet? (Also I feel like I should say "no cheesecake" on behalf of all the parents of surprise multiples in Apple Valley...) :D
LOL! I wish you had thought of a joke. I tend to try and avoid cheesecake in public settings, but who knows. I don't have a sim in mind to buy the lot yet, hopefully soon. Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteYou're welcome - I wish I was as Gouda builder as you, those tiny lots need designing very Caerphilly :P
DeleteBy the way... I don't know if I myself Camembert the thought of building right now... last time I just Double Gloucester wall and ended up with a head full of Gruyère.
Delete(Much like the filling in a cheese sandwich, I'm on a roll right now. Truly it is a Red Leicester day for lovers of cheese puns.)
LOL! Love the puns! I wish they were simlish posters to put in my cafe! LOL!
DeleteAdorable! Such a great place for your sims to hang out.
ReplyDeleteI still have to move my grilled cheese restaurant to a single lot (it's on a multi-purpose lot atm), so I can have a sim own it and control the menu. Thanks for the reminder!
That's one reason why I've been enjoying the buffet tables. I can get custom menus without a sim owning the lot, however the clean-up sucks :(
DeleteThanks for reading and commenting.
Love it! I'm amazed you were able to do all of that on a tiny lot. That takes skill!
ReplyDeleteThank you ^_^
DeleteI love grilled cheese, it always seems to taste better outside of the house-lol. The tile is "Tomlin" by The Malle. Thanks for reading and commenting.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great! I love seeing what people can do with tiny lots. I've downloaded a few for my TS3 hood because I have limited space and I want all my owned businesses from TS2 to still be there.
