Today I have two more lots. This time shipping containers! I have a 2x2 apartment complex consisting of two units converted from shipping containers. I also have a 1x2 house with the same plan as the apartments also converted from shipping containers.

Chicago Bungalow #3
Maisie requested a middle class home inspired by Chicago's neighborhoods for her family. Because apparently I make tiny homes in threes
Here is my third attempt of a 1x3, 4 bedroom home.

Here is my second attempt of a 1x3, 4 bedroom home. It's very similar to the first attempt but with a different exterior and slightly more room upstairs.

TBTO-Keoni
I did a trade with Keoni.
I made two residential lots that when combined can create a nice subdivision. One is a 2x2 and the other is a 2x3.
1601 Arch Street is a 2x2 residential lot

N99 Househunting: Keisha and Ryan
I made a lot a while ago and forgot to upload it for you guys!
This is a very spacious 2x2 lot that Ryan and Keisha might be interested in. It's currently unfurnished and listed at $39,176
The house is a blank canvas for the young couple to decorate. Even though it is a bit larger than the couple specified, there is room if the couple would like to make this home a more permenant part of their future.

TBTO-15dozensims
I did a trade off with 15dozensims
I made five lots. Two residential homes on 1x1 lots, two community lots on 1x1 lots and one apartment on 1x3 lot.
The Sandgrabb family (no relation to the Landgrabb family) brought land in the desert when it was cheap and it's still cheap, but they're hoping that in the future they will make some profits. For now, they're content with slumlording.
They have two condos
a one bedroom unit with a rooftop garden, roaches and a few dust bunnies

Old Mill Live/Work Units
I completed the trio of 1x1 live/work units. It ended up being only two different units-a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom loft. I used the combination of them to create a small street of live/work units.
Here they are: The Old Mill Live/Work Units (named after the image they're based on)

These are the original units, I made them as if they were the middle units. I figured that it's easier to delete the extra hanging wall than to add it. They would make decent apartments as well, but I didn't see the purpose since they're only a single living space. However if you wanted your sim to live above a small store or shop and not have to run the store or shop OFB style, then you could easily add the store there and change the door into an apartment style door.

The work part of the live/work unit. A small washroom and open area ready to be transformed into whatever your heart desires. The seperate entrance for the unit is also on the ground floor.

Living space with plenty of space
