They couldn't believe that it had been 25 simyears. They had been through more than a few rough spots in their marriage, two affairs (one which may have resulted in the birth of a child), the death of a child, miscarriages, and numerous financial difficulties.

It was tense around the Dawson household. Breckin was making more visits, which was nice...especially considering how ill Esther had been all winter.

Eco-Friendly Housing Planned

The hood council has confirmed that the ground breaking for a small unit of eco-friendly housing has started. The homes will be developed using shipping crates and residents will be required to do community service on the grounds in exchange for subsidized rent. The community service will range from tending communal gardens, minor repairs and landscaping.

Locals Leave for War

Local military personnel, Brandon Peterson, Verde Herendez and Lainey Herendez have been deployed to the war front. The hood will be praying for their safe return.

Singer, Trevor Yates, has recently become engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Si'Enya Warwick. The couple has been very private about their relationship, so don't expect any splashy tabloid photos of the wedding.

I miss home, I'm barely around and at times I hate being away. My schedule is so busy now that it's hard to stay focused. Thankfully Si'Enya is patient with me and she helps me put everything in order. We usually take long walks in the evening after dinner when I am home and I can tell her everything that's happening and all the new projects and opportunities. She's the one who helps keep me grounded by reminding me to do what I love, not follow the money.

They were finally taking thier family vacation together. The vacation home wasn't anything like they envisioned, the decor wasn't their style but they knew that they would be able to modify over time and over many more trips. The bones were good and that's what was important.

It would be one of the last summers with Lesia before she became a teen and they hoped that she would take after Laci.

I get up far too early considering that I don't have to go into the lab today. Days like this were different in the townhouse, the space didn't seem so large. But now, with our new house, the echos bounce off the walls as I move around in the kitchen. I'm not sure why we even brought a house in the metro. We're both nature lovers and it was only a matter of time before the concrete and noise got to us. It's much quieter in the plains, and we have our big yard like we always wanted. We are still making the house into our home, but we are slowly finding our style.

I was wondering about the differences in parenting and how to add more dimension to my hood, not every parent treats their children like Cliff and Claire Huxtable. In my game, the parenting styles have no value judgment for the most part. Parents can love their children, but still have different parenting styles. Verde didn't take the news of the divorce the way I envisioned. I knew that he wouldn't be happy, but I thought he would say ok. The way he always does, without a fight.
