Today I have two more lots. This time shipping containers! I have a 2x2 apartment complex consisting of two units converted from shipping containers. I also have a 1x2 house with the same plan as the apartments also converted from shipping containers.

Starter Home: Zebra Rage

I found some old starter homes that I had made ages ago and never uploaded them or shared pictures from them. They're based on the apartment lots here:

They're not perfect and that's the point. I wanted something that my simmies needed to get a loan for and be able to upgrade along the way. These homes are for couples and families just starting out with minimal funding.

I'm highlighting the cute little yellow one, I call it the Yellow Provencal. It's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first floor has a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, space for a kitchen and living area.



The second level has two bedrooms and another bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a landing with enough room for a small study area or reading nook.

I'm highlighting the grey one, I call Three Shades of Grey :b It's a three bedroom, 2.5 bath and partially furnished which is a bonus since some of the starter homes are not furnished (I think the previous owners wanted to take their bathtubs with them :) )
