Today I have two more lots. This time shipping containers! I have a 2x2 apartment complex consisting of two units converted from shipping containers. I also have a 1x2 house with the same plan as the apartments also converted from shipping containers.

N99 Househunting: Keisha and Ryan

I made a lot a while ago and forgot to upload it for you guys!

This is a very spacious 2x2 lot that Ryan and Keisha might be interested in. It's currently unfurnished and listed at $39,176

The house is a blank canvas for the young couple to decorate. Even though it is a bit larger than the couple specified, there is room if the couple would like to make this home a more permenant part of their future.

SiMoMA

I built an art musuem for a project at N99 using a random generator.

This was my prompt

"This small single-story museum of musical instruments has a retro look to it.  The interior is done in vibrant colors."

Which since I have no need for a musical museum, I changed it to an art museum, SiMoMA, Simmish Museum of Modern Art. A CC free 2x2 lot. I built it fairly quickly, maybe 30 minutes

Holmes Automotive

Over at N99 we had a project to fulfill requests from other simmers. Maisie asked for an automotive shop and after lots of thinking and here's my contribution. I thought about how Emma and Chris might have another baby and how they would have to move if they did so. Also, Maisie's inspiration photo keep drawing my attention to the upper floor and I had visions of an apartment above the shop. So here's my contribution.



Holme's Automotive consists of two buildings side by side.

Plato's Cove

One of my sims got pregnant...again. So they needed to move, which was unfortunate since their current place fits them so well. While thinking about the options available in my hood, I couldn't think of anything that was big enough or their style, so I built something for them.

I found an image online in the style I wanted


and ended up with this, funny enough I'm thinking about having this replace my High Dre Turnabout Rental Homes

each unit has three bedrooms and a private backyard but the middle unit is larger.



I decorated one unit to show an example of the apartment.

Clifftop Apartments

I made a set of apartments for some elders-finally!


Clifftop Apartments used to be the old McMiller Mansion, but then old McMiller died and the children kept squabbling over who would get the property. After years of litigation, murder attempts and threats, the children finally agreed to sell the property and spilt the proceeds.


Thanks to their bitterness and greedy behavior, Clifftop Apartments is now available for sims to move in.

The apartments sit on a cliff in my hood and have a view of the pier (you can see the view from some of the rooms) and is on a 2x2 lot.

Gavigan Gate

Gavigan Gate is a 2x2 apartment complex with great views of the pier or the metro. It is named after the Gavigan family for their intensive lot testing work and dedication.



The apartment is perfect for young families starting out as all the units are somewhat affordable.



There are four two bedroom apartment units, each decorated in a similar yet distinct style. There is an on site rental office that serves coffee and holds the area vending machines.



Each unit also has two bathrooms to end those early morning squabbles over the shower.



The highlight of the complex is the interior courtyard and landscaping



along with the semi-spacious floor plans.
