Decaying Craftsman

I've been working on some small/tiny fixer upper residential lots for my hood.

I built it with the lovely historic homes of Chicago as a loose guide.

There's a large unfinished basement with exposed venting and pipes

On the main floor is a historic living space with multiple small rooms cut off by the walls (those seeking a more modern vibe are advise to knock down the walls for an open living space concept) also a small bathroom.

It deliberately looks yucky and horrible use of space so simmies will be driven away at the prospect of owning such a home. However, truly creative simmies will rise to the occasion to give this home a makeover.

Three large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs

I had added a fireplace originally, but it made the house too expensive, so I took it out, but am debating adding it back in.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed, also posting links to what you do with the house are welcomed.

King Street Apartment Rental Home Community

A trio of rental homes for your simmie

Each home has three bedrooms. The fixer-upper on the far left has 1.5 baths, the middle house has 1 and 2 half baths, the right unit has 1.5 baths.

It's a clean 2x3 lot, which means the dark blue paneling from Awesims is not included. It's part of the craftsman set.

I did include the windows (from leesester's marguritania windows extended set) , shutters and flowerbox (both from plasticbox's seasons country window set) though

Weathered Fixer Upper

I made a trio of homes and Pru from N99 mentioned that they would be better on seperate residential lots, so I worked on the fixer upper one.

It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with lovely fixtures and walls left by the original owners, who helped you out by starting the renovation, then stopping one they opened up the dry wall in some areas. Great for that family that needs more space, but has little money and is willing to put some work into restoring the home to it's former glory.

It's clean except for the nekid wood wall recolor I made-which is the exterior wall.
