Vice President Warwick

Apple Valley is proud to have our very own Vice President. S'Ahmisa Warwick and her running mate won the vote in the recent elections. This was in spite of an election cycle filled with mud slinging and never before seen lows such as candidates questioning Ms. Warwick's ability to keep her husband alive after his extended stay in the hospital. We are extremely proud that our very own Hood Council President overcame it all! 

Hood Improvements

Residents are thrilled that the Hood Council voted on a series of improvements. Many changes were made such as additional streets being paved, additional decor placed around the hood such a beautiful trees and pathways.  

Crystal Ball Forecasts

Sazo checks in on several of his local businesses. As owner of Warwick Enterprises, he doesn't oversee a lot of daily operations but he likes to check in on some of his locations.

Laci was glad to finally be done with university, even if it only meant that she was now in vet school doing her graduate studies. She missed Zhou and hoped that he would return to Apple Valley soon, but he was busy teaching abroad and fulfilling his obligation. When organizations pay for your tuition, they want their investment returned.

Adulthood wasn't what young sims dreamed about. It wasn't exactly filled with days doing only what you wanted to do and no one could tell you otherwise. Instead it was filled with annoying life disruptions like your apartment being shut down by the city due to invasive black mold.

The plane ride was long, but the first class seats were enjoyable. Veena's parents had splurged and purchased the couple's honeymoon as well. Since it was summer, Naraj and Veena were able to secure three simweeks of vacation time. They decided to spend it all in one place, Mineral Lodge, in the middle of the snowy mountains.

Tobi Sweeny kissed his wife as they stood in front of their new home. It was good to finally be out of the apartment and in a proper home, with a yard.

Their twins would love the extra space and there was room for Tobi's children when they visited from university. 

Sazo had a proposition for his old friend.

A luxury nursing home community, where they could grow older and not worry about the upkeep of their homes.

Sazo was sure the community would be extraordinary with plenty of space for grandchildren to run and play.

Lyndon thought it sounded nice, but didn't know what Sazo's investment plans had to do with him. e didn't have money to put forth.

Sazo laughed, he wasn't looking for money, he was looking for suggestions and to offer Lyndon the first opportunity to get into the community...once it was built of course.

Grecthen thought it would be nice, especially since Lyndon was recovering from his illness...the unspeakable illness that he still refused to name.
