It's loosely based on the Knickerbocker hotel in Chicago.
The Knickerbocker Hotel is an historic hotel that catered to the SimCity's glamourous film industry. It is the site for some of StudioTown's most famous and dramatic moments.
Featuring a grand lobby, bar, suana and massage room on the ground floor along with access to the pool and grill area

and two larger suites on the top floor.

The Picaso's tested the lot for me, ignore their underdressed attire.
Use Clean Installer, there are some recolors from Piggi, some wonderful objects from Around the Sims 2 and Decorgal and Adele's prop project.
