They moved the wedding up. It happened one night while they were drinking tea and looking over the land. Elphy, who was going to be in the wedding, was pregnant and her due date was too close to their original wedding date. They didn't want to postpone the wedding until after she safely delivered, so they moved the wedding up by four simlonic months. That gave them six weeks to get a wedding together. Not enough time to send new invitations back out, so phone calls were made.
They were thankful for those that could still make their wedding. It was going to be small, but now it was even smaller since Trevor's parents and brother couldn't make it due to the changes. Trevor said that it didn't bother him, but Si'Enya knew that he was hurting over the slight. Again, he was passed over in favor of the older brother. It made her skin boil.
Si'Eyna's, well now their, nieces and nephews served as ring bearer and flower girls on the mild fall afternoon.
Si'Eyna was nervous, but excited. She had forgotten her bouquet at the house, but it didn't matter. She could get married without it. Besides, they were surrounded by flowers.
Trevor takes a moment to sing "Brown Eyes and Spiders", a song he wrote for his new bride. She succeeds in not crying, but he isn't as lucky. Once she sees the tear roll down his cheek, then she starts crying and now they're crying and laughing and Trevor is still trying to sing the lyrics that so achingly touch her heart.
They are so happy to finally be married. Trevor feels like he's been in love with Si'Enya for forever and now the waiting is over. She is finally his. It's so old fashioned and she would call it a bit sexist, but he can't help it. Just as much as she is his, he feels that he is hers.
The reception is held in a rustic barn decorated with fairy lights and chandeliers. Only the best food and nectar are served which a very pregnant and very hungry Elphy appreciates.
Everyone loves sneaking peeks at the bride and groom and watching them giggle. Their love seems to fill the entire room.
Toasts are made,
and cake is cut. It was their perfect day.
Honeymoon to Alianta Resort
They love the very private resort, made even more private by renting out the entire resort. Over dinner, they discuss children. They both want a child and with Trevor's age, they decide why wait.
Honeymoon to Pineberry National Park
On the last day of their honeymoon, they are a bit sad to have to return to reality, but they have truly enjoyed everything.
==========Because apparently they didn't want to waste anymore time, they both rolled wants for a child. Which is odd since they're not family sims at all. They also ACR-tried for a baby on their honeymoon.
