Fiona wants a report every simyear. I decided to address the issue of vocational training. At first, the council wanted to build a small school for Apple Valley residents to obtain vocational training. I now propose that we take advantage of the resources at our disposal to save the council money.
Students must have earned a High School Diploma to enter this college. WilTech offers technical classes that teach hands-on skills for running your own business. Each class tuition will be $1,000. Students can learn how to run a register, style hair, create toys, etc.
Students would have to apply to WilTech and spend thier years at technical school living in Simmington Hills.
For those students who can not afford to leave Apple County then students can take online courses.

Students can study technical skills online for $1,000 a class. There are classes in robotrics, sales, toy making, etc.
