The Knickerbocker Hotel is an historic hotel that catered to the SimCity's glamourous film industry. It is the site for some of StudioTown's most famous and dramatic moments. After laying dormant, the hotel has been converted to a luxury apartment complex.
The complex features a lavishly decorated communal backyard with grilling space and pool area.
Inside there are two levels of residential living, the second floor features two 1-bedroom apartments
including the room favored by studiotown elite, Starr Grey. All apartments have original crown molding and wood floors.
The third floor features one 2-bedroom apartment and one 3-bedroom apartment
.
The lobby is reminiscent of the old days of studiotown glamour and features most of the original architecture and features including the original tile floor.
An on site bar
and concierge desk allow residents to be extremely comfortable.
