Kaiuai Coffee Plantation & Fruit Plantation

Today I bring two more lots to round out your tropical vacation.

Kaiuai Coffee Plantation is a 1x2 lot. The Kaiuai family has grown coffee on the island for centuries but only recently started to give tours of the small plantation and sell overpriced items to the tourists. There is an on-site coffee bar so you can taste the fresh beans.

Kaluai Fruit Plantation is a 1x2 lot. Based on the success of their coffee plantation, the Kaiuai family has opened up their fruit plantation for tours. They sell overpriced fruit and juices and encourage tourists to do their own fruit harvesting and not only pay for the privilege, but pay for the fruit!

  1. You did a great job on this lot! I love that it's so small too, so just about anyone could fit it into their hood. :)

  2. That's a really nice addition to a tropical destination! It is the kind of thing I wouldn't have thought of but makes so much sense for a tropical island.

  3. I am all caught up with your blog. I just wanted to say how much I love Apple Valley. You have written it so well that I am deeply attached to many of your characters. Your gameplay posts are also interesting have given me some great ideas for my own hood. I am also amazed at your dedication to keeping the blog going for so many years! I look forward to more great posts in the future.

    1. Wow! I admire you for reading all the not so well written things in the beginning and working through all those posts. If I could give you cookies, I would :) One thing that keeps me going is that I try to blog for me. I may not have thousands of followers, but I blog about my simmies so I can read about them later and hopefully for others to enjoy as well. Thank you for reading and commenting.
