Hi guys, another separated lot. This time the Jessup Street Rowhomes (or Cinderblock Rowhomes) seperated! Based on the original apartment lot (http://applevalleydownloads.blogspot.com/2010/09/cinderblock-rowhomes-5-unit.html)

IMPROVED: Jessup Street (formerly Cinderblock) Rowhomes , 4-Unit

I modified my Jessup Street Rowhomes (Cinderblock Rowhomes) to be a bit larger. Now there are two 3 bedrooms and two 2 bedroom units. I added a bit more in landscaping as well and got rid of the breadfruit trees thanks to some information about lightening fires and trees.

 
Landscaping and potted plants by the doors, also backyards have additional landscaping with a patio, more flowers and trees. Each backyard is unique in their patio and landscaping.



On the main levels, the biggest difference is additional space. There are larger kitchens with eat-in space, more living room space, and half baths downstairs. I didn't decorated the units as much since they are apartments and your simmies will be decorating them. I provided enough to keep the other apartment groupies entertained and satisfied.

The biggest change is on the second floor

All units have two full baths upstairs (one is an en-suite bath for the master bedroom) and all bedrooms are larger. The center units have three bedrooms while the corner units have two bedrooms.

Del Monte Rowhomes

Del Monte Row Homes (Historic Row) with rooftop access.

This is one of my attempts to build some historic rowhousing for my simmies.

There are three-4 bedroom, 3.5 bath units and each has rooftop access for views of the city. These are great for your larger city dwelling families.

Each unit has a large master bedrooms and gameroom on the third level

Three smaller bedrooms on the second level

and large living area, kitchen and private backyard on the main level. The center unit has a bonus fireplace as well.

Plato's Cove

One of my sims got pregnant...again. So they needed to move, which was unfortunate since their current place fits them so well. While thinking about the options available in my hood, I couldn't think of anything that was big enough or their style, so I built something for them.

I found an image online in the style I wanted


and ended up with this, funny enough I'm thinking about having this replace my High Dre Turnabout Rental Homes

each unit has three bedrooms and a private backyard but the middle unit is larger.



I decorated one unit to show an example of the apartment.

Grayson Hill Brownstone

Grayson Hill Brownstones is one of the oldest buildings in the metro.

 
With six units available for rent, families of any size can move in.




Three basement one-bedroom units with small front yard



Two four-bedroom units with private backyard



and one three-bedroom unit, also with private backyard

This lot will replace a set of modern "historical" apartments in my game, since they don't look as historical and they don't look like something the families living there would want to live in. The brownstones are more their style.

Can you tell that I really worked on the landscaping for this lot also...no CC! Not even a maxis recolor! I checked the clean installer and for some reason, my mailbox says windkeeper (must be a hack to allow easy conversions to apartments) and the swing set in the back is listed as CC, even though it was a bonus item from Maxis. I thought it would be hard to build without any recolors at all, or CC, but it was surprisingly easy. The only CC I wish for would be a stair recolor to match the stone fencing, but after searching I couldn't find it.

I'm proud of the brownstones, they just scream "We belong in Apple Valley" which is a big deal since many of my buildings look nice, but don't scream that they belong in my playing hood. Hence, why I share them with you guys...maybe they scream your hood's name instead

Jessup Street Row Houses is based on the real life set of Philadelphia rowhouses


 
A very charming 4 unit complex of rowhomes



Each units comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living area, moderate kitchen, large backyard and flowers for the front windows. Landscaping is limited due to the busy urban environment, but the charm of the building makes up for the ivy creeping up the walls.
