Plato's Cove

One of my sims got pregnant...again. So they needed to move, which was unfortunate since their current place fits them so well. While thinking about the options available in my hood, I couldn't think of anything that was big enough or their style, so I built something for them.

I found an image online in the style I wanted


and ended up with this, funny enough I'm thinking about having this replace my High Dre Turnabout Rental Homes

each unit has three bedrooms and a private backyard but the middle unit is larger.



I decorated one unit to show an example of the apartment.


Download the clean versions (windows, manor garden shrubs and roof trim only included)

Residential Version
For some reason the Apartment Version of this lot has disappeared. I am working on reuploading it. *March 16, 2012*
