"Ugh, this is all your fault, you know." Emma hissed as another contraction rocked through her body.
"I do believe that if you hadn't tossed your birth control out the window in an attempt to get married then we wouldn't be experiencing this." He shot back.
"How dare you speak like that? I'm in pain with your child."
"It's our child and like I said, this is your doing, not mine."
Emma stomped off, before another contraction overtook her body causing her to cry out in pain.
Bill worriedly glanced at his watched and back to his new wife as she doubled over in pain.
"Come on, it's time to go to the clinic, the contractions are closer now."

After the standard two simday stay, Emma and baby Jacob returned to the small apartment.
"Welcome home, little guy." Bill cooed at his soon.
He took him from Emma's arms and stared into eyes that mirrored his own.
"He's precious," Emma whispered as Bill prepared him for bed.
"Yes, he is." Bill agreed. Perhaps this was one of the few things the couple could agree on.
"Don't tuck the blanket too tight," Emma urged.
"I know how to tuck in a baby," he hissed back.
"You sure about that? Last time I checked, this was your first kid."
"He's also your first kid, you know just as little as I do."

ReplyDeleteThey just welcomed a beautiful baby into the world and they're already back to sniping at each other! Maybe Jacob will bring them closer and they'll make the best of their situation - it doesn't look like it so far though!

ROFL Joe is hilarious! And I see they are back to fighting. So nothings changed there. Maybe they shouldn't be together, or stop fighting at least for their son!
ReplyDeleteLOL on the tucking in, haha. Just when you think they might agree on something, they find somethign else to bicker on. These two are funny together, I could totally see a bickering-love-hate lifetime relationship here.

-Riverdale, we'll see what happens. Emma obviously wanted to be married to him, so she might actually have seen something in him. Besides, they're 3 bolts-thier passion is so hot that it burns.
ReplyDelete-Maisie, here's to Jacob giving Bill just an ounce of the trouble he's caused. LOL! If they had a girl I think that Bill would probably rethink all the things he did to those women.
The line I find funny and interesting that Emma mentioned that Jacob is his first child. Technically this would be his second, yes?
ReplyDelete-Town of Winfield, yes, you're correct. Jacob is actually Bill's third child (Faith miscarried his first and his second was adopted by the Grey family). However, Bill has never tucked in a child before :P

ReplyDeleteGosh, I feel bad for Jacob, only 2 days old and his parents can't stop bickering. He's got an interesting life ahead of him, if this is how it's always going to be. Should be interesting! LOL
