This is Rip Co Apartments, built in the old factory building of Rip Co which builds all the toys that your simmie kiddos play with. There are four apartments, two loft style and two single level. Two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units.

Another great lot! I love 2B especially. And I think I've said this before but I really appreciate that you make apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, because they are surprisingly hard to find!

DeleteThis looks great, I really like the loft view on the upper floors, but also 2B, and ditto Carla, it's hard finding apartments with 2-3 bedrooms. Even for my roommates, I'm finding it difficult. The apartment I use for Erin and Colin is one of my favorites in the game, and the absolute favorite of mine that I did not personally build. :) I enjoy your lots!

DeleteI don't know how I missed this, but I did. This looks really great and I will definitely be adding it to my new downtown. Ditto to Carla and Maisie. Apartments with more than 2 bedrooms are difficult to find. You have such a knack for building real looking apartments. Thanks for sharing!
