Jesse still wasn't quite sure why the hood council allowed the new secondary students to enter after winter break, but thankfully they accepted his proposal (through Johan of course) to look at an alternate school calendar.

His classroom was now cramped and extra desks had to be ordered only to realize that they ordered too few considering the fact that Elphy Mendenhall was at home sick the day desks were ordered.

Thankfully for the most part, the students were actively engaged in class and

contributing to the discussion.

However there were a few distractions before group assignments were announced.

The class had to study and present a historical study about Apple Valley.

Each group was tasked with a certain aspect of the history to research from notable families to landscape changes.

For the most part, students were comfortable with their group members and some students were very happy with thier assigned group members.

"So let me get this right, you think that llama manure will solve all of the problems evident in Simnation? You have got to be kidding me? I can't believe that we're even related!"

"Myra?"

Myra gulped, she was wondering when her cousin would confront her about their very similar dresses.

"Yea?"

"Did you use grandmother's curtains to make that dress?"

"I'm assuming you did as well, huh?"

"Yea...listen, maybe we need to coordinate when we'll wear our dresses, ok?"

"Yea, wouldn't be too good for our popularity if we looked like twins."

Elphy laughed. "What popularity? Every sim in this school is related to us!"

Thankfully, the secondary school students didn't need as much supervision as the younger students which allowed Jesse the necessary time to make several important phone calls.

"I can't wait until next year, I'll be an upperclasssim and officially ruling the school."

"I guess," Myra added, not quite sure if ruling the school was that great.

"Yep, I've decided, I will be flying these things one day."

"Remote helicoptors?" Naraj asked doubtfully.

"No, silly. I'll be flying the real thing. I could be a pilot if I want to. Wouldn't that be cool?"

"Sure...I guess."

"I guess! I can't believe you said that. You should have told her how you feel."

Bryant just laughed. "It wasn't anything special. We were chatting online not dating. Besides, I don't know how I feel. I don't think I feel anything, you know."

"I guess I could understand that."

  1. LOL, I didn't even notice those two very similar dresses until it was pointed out! I liked the way you wrote that in. I'm glad the girls could laugh about it.

Oooh, does someone have a crush on Grace Elise? I wonder what she thinks about that.

  2. I see some future relationships in the rise. So you do you play you teens one round then the smaller kids next round? Or will you be playing them all together next time?

  3. -Carla, thanks for reading. I didn't notice it either until Elphy approached Myra and seemed upset. I can imagine how uncool it would be to show up waering the same thing as your cousin. Quite a few sims have crushes on Grace Elise, I had to fix a few sims to recognize that she was family :)

-Riverdale, I think I am starting to move to that direction. Sometimes it gets a bit long to include the little ones as well.

  4. The dresses is so funny! I can definitely see it not being cool, funny about grandma's curtains! Funny on the comment of popularity and relation.

Poor Elphy, missing school, they forget she even exsists and don't get enough desks! I hate when I run out of room for desks, it doesn't make sense to rebuild an entire section for one or two more desks.

  5. -Maisie, thanks so much for reading and commenting. I don't know how Elphy was forgotten ^_^ blame it on my poor simmer brain. I like the pattern of the dress and had forgotten that Elphy also had the same dress on. She needs a new dress though, I love the mesh, but the color is a bit too "loud" for little Elphy.
