"Brandon, would you go first and detail the incident?"
Brandon nodded, "During a routine flight exercise, a group of troops noticed something strange in the water. We debriefed the flight officer in charge and even though it was unusual, it was nothing to worry about."
"Thank you. Ilila, can you give a report on the daycare center?"
"Operations are going well, there have been a few snags in the system and we were unable to accept infants as we originally thought, but the toddlers are enjoying themselves and learning lots of new skills."
"Great, now that you're here, Ginger, would you mind discussing the Food Expo?"
"We are making plans for the Apple Festival which includes the food expo and musical guests. We have been able to confirm that Mellow Metal, along with Aerial Bionic, will be performing at the festival next summer."
"That's great, but what else will there be besides these two bands?"
"There will be art booths, cooking contests and lectures as always."
"Perhaps we use the festival as an opportunity to have a mobile health clinic. We could administer some basic wellness exams in addition to giving a few lectures and free samples."
"Everything sounds great, remember to submit your name by the end of the simyear if you plan on running for the hood council again. Otherwise, have a good evening."

Oh, I can't wait to see Mellow Metal in Apple Valley! They're sure to earn a few more fans when they perform. ;) Wonder what Slade will get up to!
